  5. It's a trick question. Both are moving, but if you look at one circle it's stops while the other one keeps moving.

  24. The picture is a trick because when i looked at the picture a i could see b moving but when i looked at picture b it stoped moving and started to move so they both move the same speed.

  30. They are at the same speed but because the circles on the inside are moving at different speeds than the ones that are out side creating the illusion that the one you focus on is moving faster
