Day 42: The Long Decline (10/20/2011)

Aim: The junior historians of 2017 will be able to write a paragraph summarizing the events they included in their Capzles interactive timeline.

HW: Submit your homework.

1: Quick Question: How would the United States respond if something like the bubonic plague hit our country.

2. Tweet Storm: Open your twitter account and tweet out either a question or something interesting your learned from the reading last night. Make sure you use the hashtag #KSFB7 so you can get get credit for your tweet.

3. We will watch part 3 of the video series on "The Dark Ages" to help us understand the transition from the fall of Rome to feudalism in western Europe.

4. Today we discuss how to customize your Capzles culminating project, what your paragraph should look like, and talk about how you can go above and beyond--including creating your own YouTube video! You can see the requirements here.

5. You will now have some work time for your project.
