Day 61: Medieval Monasteries (11/28/11)

Aim: The historians of 2017 will evaluate what life was like on a monastery in medieval Europe.

Submit homework: Postcard rough draft, current event

Task 1: Quick Question Would you like to go to a boarding school for high school? Why or why not?

Task 2: Visit the websites of three or more of your teammates and leave a comment on their glog projects. The comment should be both positive and constructive. After you finish visiting their websites, complete this form.

Example: I really enjoyed your Glogster project. You did a good job explaining the different steps required to be a knight. I would have liked to see more explanation on feudal contracts.

Task 3:

We will watch this video to introduce our discussion of life on medieval monasteries. After watching the video, open this reading so we can dig deeper into what life was like for monks on a monastery.
