Day 64: The Magna Carta (12/1/11)

Aim: The historians of 2017 will be able to make connections to the plight of medieval citizens frustrated with unfair demands and expectations.

Submit Homework


Task 3: We will use this video to help us build more context.




Task 4 Tweet Storm: After learning about the Magna Carta and how it came about, do you think the United States could have something similar happen? Why?

Task 5: Since this is the last history lesson of the week, we will finish the day with an episode of CNN Student News and a discussion.

Homework: Complete a new current event for Monday. You need to have a link to the article or a paper copy of the paper/magazine for full credit.
