Aim: The historians of 2017 will be able to locate the where the Maya and Aztec civilizations were located on a map of Central America.

1. What will be the advantages and disadvantages to having history class even though Mr. Sanders will be in London?

2. Visit three or more of your teammates portfolios and leave a comment on their spring break project. The comment must be positive, however, you are also welcome to leave respectful constructive feedback. After you provided them with feedback, complete this form so that I know which portfolios you visited.

3.  Below is an example of Aztec art.  Your job is to create a tumblr post, reposting this picture to your tumblr account and write one paragraph analyzing the picture.  This will be checked and added to your gradebook later this week.  

4. We will watch the first part of this documentary together.

5. Open and make a copy of this document. We are going to spend some class time talking about how class is going to work for the remainder of the week.

6. If we have any extra time, we will watch today's episode of CNN Student News. If we don't find time for it in class, feel free to watch it on your own from home.

Homework: Read the introduction to the chapter on the Aztecs and complete the learning reflection.
